Steven Galfano

Steven Galfano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and project management. Currently serving as Director of Solution Engineering at AgileThought since January 2019, and as Project Manager at 4th Source since December 2012, Steven has a solid track record in managing complex projects, including the implementation of Sitecore Web CMS for a major international retailer and developing enterprise reporting solutions utilizing Salesforce. Prior to these roles, Steven held the position of Senior Technical Project Manager at Integrant, Inc. from June 2003 to December 2012 and was the owner of Digital Coup where online technical training courses were developed for University of Toyota. Additionally, Steven worked as a System and Network Administrator at UCLA, overseeing a computer lab with over 200 workstations. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
