Sandy Lamb

Sandy Lamb is the current Advisor at 4word. Prior to this, Sandy was with TED Conferences, HOPE Consulting LLC - Rey Gonzalez, and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF. Sandy has also been with Altitude Business Coaching, LLC, and Bechtel Power.

Sandy started with Bechtel Corporation in 1990 in the contracts department. Sandy later moved into business development and project controls. In 2006, Sandy became the Chief of Staff before leaving in 2009 to join Bechtel National Inc. as a Program Manager. Sandy supported the ACWA at the US Army's Pueblo Chemical Depot in chemical weapon destruction from 2014 to 2017.

Sandy Lamb has a Master of Science in International Business from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, a BB in Economics from Western Illinois University, and certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in EQi-2.0 Assessment Certification, FocalPoint International in Certified Executive Coach, and TTI Success Insights in Emotional Quotient Assessment.
