Brian Tripp

Brian Tripp began their work experience in 1998 as a Teacher at St. John's Preparatory School, where they worked until 2000. In 2003, they joined 5.11 Tactical as a Regional Sales Manager and later became the Director of Sales for the Fire and EMS division. Brian worked in this role until 2011 when they joined Triboro Quilt Manufacturing Corp. as the Sr. Director of Sales. However, they returned to 5.11 Tactical in 2012 and held various positions including Director of Sales - East, Managing Director of Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing, Vice President of Sales for U.S. Professional, and currently holds the position of Vice President of U.S. Wholesale.

Brian Tripp earned their Bachelor's degree from Colgate University in 1997. Brian then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree at Columbia University, completing it in 2003.
