Ryan McDaniel

Ryan McDaniel is an experienced professional in ecommerce merchandising and retail management, currently serving as the Manager of Ecommerce Merchandising at 5.11 Tactical since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Billabong as a Men’s Buyer from January 2020 to May 2021. Ryan's background includes significant positions at Hurley as a Global Digital Planner and Digital Merchandiser/Buyer from January 2018 to January 2020, and various roles at Rip Curl from 2008 to June 2017, including Retail Buyer and Area Manager. Early career experience includes Store Manager positions at Zumiez and Fast Forward. Ryan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Platt College-Huntington Beach, obtained between 2006 and 2007.
