Most businesses overpay for IT hardware, wait too long for it, or spend internal resources managing procurement that could be handled better. 5 Cedar exists to fix that.

5 Cedar Technologies is an IT hardware sourcing and procurement partner for growing and multi-location organizations. We work alongside internal IT teams — and the MSPs and consultants who support them — to evaluate equipment options, compare vendors, and coordinate hardware rollouts clearly and cost-effectively.

Whether it's a single device order or a multi-site infrastructure deployment, our role is to bring structure, pricing discipline, and coordination to hardware decisions without adding workload to your team.

We are not a managed IT provider or help desk. We don't compete with your IT team or your MSP — we make their job easier. Our focus is procurement: sourcing the right equipment, at the right price, with the follow-through to get it where it needs to go.

Our experience includes network infrastructure, switching, wireless solutions, cellular failover and redundancy hardware, VoIP equipment, endpoints, and related business-critical technology. As an authorized reseller for leading brands including Cradlepoint, InHand Networks, Cisco Meraki, and APC, we help organizations implement reliable, scalable hardware without the confusion or margin games that come with going direct or through large catalog resellers.

We're a small, responsive team. When you reach out to 5 Cedar, you're talking to someone who knows the products and will follow through. That's not as common as it should be — and it's something we take seriously.
