Ee Ling Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, business development, and youth entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Global Mentor at 500 Global, Ee Ling delivers workshops and mentoring to founders worldwide, while also overseeing global program design and management as Executive Director for Market Launch. As Head of APAC Business Development, Ee Ling fosters partnerships to enhance startup ecosystems across Asia-Pacific. Additionally, Ee Ling co-founded Wavesparks, which empowers aspiring young entrepreneurs, and serves on the National Youth Council of Singapore, promoting youth engagement and development. Prior experience includes roles in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and CIMB, along with mentoring positions at Tech in Asia School and the Industrial Technology Research Institute. Ee Ling holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland and completed the Entrepreneurship Essentials program at Harvard Business School Online.
