Grace Chen

Grace Chen is the Co-Founder and CEO of LucidAct Health Inc, a company focused on Remote Patient Monitoring that empowers providers, care teams, and patients to manage healthcare efficiently from home since September 2016. Concurrently, Grace has been associated with 500 Startups since June 2019. Previously, from October 2012 to October 2016, Grace worked as an Enterprise Data Architect at Stanford Hospital & Clinics, where responsibilities included improving Patient Access Operations, creating data infrastructure, and mentoring junior analysts for the Cancer Center’s transformation initiatives. Grace's earlier experience includes serving as a Clinical Data Architect at Sutter Health from March 2009 to November 2012, where detailed analyses were conducted on various data types for the Program of Excellence. Grace holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business.
