Mike Ryals

Mike Ryals is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at 501tech since November 2021, Mike previously held the role of Field Support Engineer at Covenant Living Communities and Services from January 2020 to November 2021. In this position, Mike supported a campus with 330 workstations and approximately 300 users across multiple buildings, focusing on various facility-related technologies. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Support Specialist at B+T Group, Technical Support Specialist III at SPX Corporation, and Senior Technical Support Specialist at Tulsa County. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Vatterott College, earned between 2004 and 2006.
