.506 is a culinary lab an a mission to create new sustainable food habits. We do this by creating food experiences and events, by catering our sustainable lunch concept to companies, as well as by consulting and developing new products. 

All our activities follow a carefully researched set of principles that put sustainability and magnificent taste at the very center. Our Principles are to "make plants play the central role", "carefully select all ingredients", "embrace change", "create reflection through storytelling" and "turn waste into value".
