Dave Baugh

Dave Baugh is a seasoned entrepreneur and military veteran with extensive experience in leadership and operations. As Co-Founder and COO of R&R CBD since January 2018, Baugh has contributed to the growth of the CBD industry. Prior to this role, Baugh co-founded Lithic, Colorado's first cricket-based protein manufacturing company, where innovative and sustainable food products were developed from September 2015 to January 2018. Baugh's military career includes serving as a Captain and Public Affairs Officer in the United States Marine Corps from May 2010 to September 2015, overseeing public affairs and media engagement for the 12th Marine Corps District. Baugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
