Patrick Knowlan

Patrick Knowlan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in project leadership and software development, currently serving as Project Lead for the Army at 540, focusing on modernizing financial applications and promoting agile delivery of digital products. Previous roles include Technical Lead, Front End Development Lead, and Systems Engineer, where Patrick built and deployed applications and APIs for government and commercial environments. With a background in education as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University, Patrick has taught coding bootcamps and has experience as a teaching assistant. Previous consulting roles at CSC involved enhancing user experience for the Department of Homeland Security and advancing cloud migration for the Army.
