5AM Heroes CIC is a UK-based community interest company dedicated to strengthening communities through education, volunteering and social action.

We believe that positive change starts with ordinary people who choose to help others, take initiative and create opportunities within their communities.

Our work focuses on empowering children and young people, supporting volunteers and community leaders, promoting social inclusion, and building stronger connections across Polish and wider multicultural communities in the United Kingdom.

Through projects such as educational workshops, leadership programmes, community events and charitable campaigns, we create spaces where people can learn, connect, contribute and grow.

Our current initiatives include the Academy of Heroes educational programme, volunteer development projects, community engagement activities and the 1st International Congress & Expo for Polish Community Organisations.

Together, we are building a culture of kindness, responsibility and everyday heroism.
