Nisha Chandra is an experienced IT security and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of IT Security & Compliance at 5C Network since April 2022. Previous roles include IT and Applications Manager and Senior Applications Specialist at the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed preparing user flows, managing Salesforce architecture, and overseeing project deployment and testing across multiple departments. Nisha also has a background in student success management at upGrad and co-founding Client Insights Official, along with experience as a Process Manager at Sleepyhead and Client Services Manager at Truweight, where project leadership and customer service enhancement were key focuses.
