Aaron Watts

Aaron Watts is a Senior Marketing Manager at 5dB since January 2024, managing artists such as anaiis and Ashaine White. Concurrently, Aaron serves as an Artist Manager at Good Grief Music, representing talents including Alien Chicks and Sir Jude. Previously, Aaron held the position of Record Label Manager at Big Indie Records, where responsibilities included managing a roster of artists like Prima Queen and Yoke Lore from March 2018 to December 2023. Other experience includes roles in press management at Boomtown Fair and event management with Juicebox Live, in addition to serving as Festival Manager for Oxjam Festival. Aaron holds an MA in Music Business from Tileyard Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from the University of Nottingham.
