Alex Monich

Alex Monich currently serves as VP of Sales & Customer Success at 5FLOW, leading efforts across the Americas to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships with global CPG and retail brands. With a strong background in technology services, Alex previously held multiple leadership positions at SGS & Co, including VP of Technology Services and VP of Pre-Sales, where responsibilities included product strategy, AI integration, and client relationship management. Earlier roles at Diadeis and Fundação CERTI focused on project management and technology consultation, demonstrating expertise in process optimization and automation. Alex holds a Mechanical & Industrial Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, complemented by a student exchange at Centrale Lyon ENISE and an executive education in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan.
