James Kocovski is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Structural Foreman at 5POINT since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing significant projects such as Adagio West End valued at $20M. Prior experience includes roles as Project Coordinator and Junior Project Coordinator for the $45M Newstead Park Residences project. James began their career at Tomkins Commercial as a Building Cadet, contributing to projects like Botanic New Farm and Spring Hill Medical, and previously worked with TM Residential Projects on custom home builds and major renovations. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology, earned between 2019 and 2021.
