6 Group is a global search and talent intelligence firm focused on the identification, engagement and development of the world’s standout talent.

Our Managing Director, James Beazley, founded the company 20 years ago following his role at Shell as Head of Experienced Resourcing for EMEAR. During his time there, he used all the major search and assessment firms but felt none of them could demonstrate a truly collaborative approach to deliver remarkable outcomes.

This was his chief driver for creating 6 Group. He wanted to put forward a genuine alternative that lives and breathes two key principles; Go Beyond and Partnering. Today, we are one of the world’s most innovative firms operating across EMEAI, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

Our experience stretches across nine fascinating sectors:

•	Oil & Gas
•	Power & Utilities
•	Engineering & Manufacturing
•	Infrastructure & Transportation
•	Financial Services
•	Digital & Scaleups
•	Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences
•	Retail & FMCG
•	Legal
