Tim Bauer

Tim Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Sr. Director of the Microsoft Global Alliance at UST since June 2019, where the focus is on maximizing the value of the partnership with Microsoft for global customers. Prior to UST, Tim held key roles such as Vice President of Services and Partner Enablement at Horizon Communications Technologies and Executive Leadership at TAB Associates, LLC. As a co-founder of Valore Partners, Tim emphasized leveraging data and cloud technologies. With foundational experience from Microsoft, including roles as Practice Manager and Sales Manager, and as an Account Executive at Digital Equipment Corporation, Tim's career reflects deep expertise in consulting, sales, and partner development. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with a minor in Computer Science from Purdue University.
