Deepa Nair is a passionate HR leader with over 14 years of experience in workforce planning and talent management. Deepa previously served as a Senior HR Officer at Triassic Solutions Private Limited, where they managed recruitment processes and employee engagement activities. Expanding their expertise, Deepa held the position of Lead in the Workforce Management Group at UST Global before advancing to Senior Manager of Human Resources at 6D Technologies, where they currently work. Deepa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Sociology from the University of Lucknow, an MBA in Marketing and Economics, and an HR Management Program from XLRI Jamshedpur.
