James Eason

James Eason has over 40 years of work experience in the engineering and manufacturing fields. James began their career in 1978 as a Machinist and Manufacturing Engineer at Varian Semiconductor, where they were responsible for generating NC programs, designing tooling and fixturing, and generating method sheets for the machine shop. In 1996, they moved to Tokyo Electron and Tokyo Electron Mass, where they were a Mechanical Designer. During their time there, they were awarded a US patent for inventing the Variable Gap Drive System and designed plastic covers to replace existing stainless steel covers. In 2009, they joined FilterSense as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and in 2010, they began working at Brayton Energy as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, where they designed cutting edge Heat Exchanges and Solar Receivers and full system Turbine Power Generators. In 2015, they moved to Applied Materials as a Mfg. Engineer, and in 2021, they joined Schunk Group as a Mechanical Engineer and Schunk Ultrasonics Corporation as an Engineering Manager. James is currently employed at 6K as a Sr. Mechanical Systems Engineer.

James Eason obtained an Associates Degree in Engineering from Northeastern University between 1991 and 1994.
