Ross MacKinnon has a wealth of experience in the engineering field. Ross began their career in 2010 as a Lab Assistant at Arizona State University, where they polished metals, performed tests, and developed polishing procedures. In 2013, they took on the role of Failure Analysis Engineer at Centrix Engineering, where they conducted examinations and drafted objective reports. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Process Engineer and Engineering Assistant at Bridgestone, where they developed ECPs, water batched process equipment, and managed operations during upsets. In 2021, they became the Owner of Mackinnon Studios and also worked as a Senior Process Engineer at MTF Biologics, where they managed complex equipment capacity needs, developed validation timelines, and authored and executed installation and operational qualification protocols. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Process Engineer at 6K.
Ross MacKinnon obtained a BSE in Materials Science and Engineering from Arizona State University between 2008 and 2013. Ross also holds a Lean Green Belt certification.
