Lee Lam

Lee has over 20 years experience in financial services and 14 years as a personal and corporate coach. Her background ranges from technical expertise gained in data centres and trade floors, to strategic partner as Chief Operating Officer to the Chief Technology Officer and Emerging Markets Technology.

She has degrees in Law and American Studies from Keele University, qualified as a coach with the Coaching Academy in 2004, is ITIL qualified and has the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. Lee enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, enjoying a life that involves a singing, dancing in the kitchen, reading and going to the beach whenever possible.
