Stéphane Duchadeau has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Stéphane started their career in 1992 as a Software Engineer at Alcatel Telecommunications and then moved to Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in 1993, where they held various roles including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Software Development Team Lead, and head of software teams. Their responsibilities included telecom software development, maintenance of GPRS/EDGE solutions, project management, and team leadership. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Software Architect.

Afterward, they joined Nokia in 2017 as a Software Test Engineer, where they conducted functional and end-to-end tests of IP features of their 5G solution. Their role also involved managing test backhaul with a full PKI for IPSEC support in an international context. In 2021, they transitioned to 6WIND as a Customer Support Engineer.

Stéphane Duchadeau pursued their education at the Université de Bordeaux from 1984 to 1989. During this period, they obtained a degree in Software Engineering, specifically earning a DESS qualification in the field.
