7DC is a boutique strategic advisory firm bridging the gap between complex supply chain operations, market expansion strategies, and scalable commercial revenue.

Leading as Strategic Operators, we work with Private Equity firms, Consumer Brands, and Manufacturing enterprises to translate executive vision into highly profitable, boots on-the-ground execution.

Headquartered in the booming Austin-San Antonio Megaregion, 7DC architects the operational frameworks and cultural intelligence required to capture the rapidly expanding U.S. Hispanic consumer base, a demographic whose purchasing power will reach $3 trillion in 2026.

We serve as a unified growth engine for our clients, delivering operator-level value across 3 integrated pillars:
► Commercial Strategy & Partnerships: We advise PE boards and C-suites on demographic due diligence, M&A integration, and value creation strategy. As a trusted liaison to leadership, we broker high-value strategic partnerships to drive top-line revenue.
► Revenue Operations & Supply Chain Management: We act as the central node uniting sales and supply chain organizations. We instill the operational rigor necessary to optimize 9-figure P&Ls, execute business process redesign, and protect margins.
► Sales & Brand Building Strategies: We architect culturally intelligent brand strategies and new market entry playbooks. We optimize omnichannel retail distribution and localized pricing to authentically capture the modern multicultural consumer.

What sets 7DC apart is our Fortune 50 operator perspective. We leverage deep market research to deliver end-to-end commercial playbooks with clear accountability and success metrics.
