Devren Betts

Devren Betts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate development, currently serving as Senior Director A&E and Design at 7-Eleven since May 2001. Betts has led a team of real estate experts to drive new store growth and optimize existing opportunities. Previous roles at 7-Eleven include Director of Field Development and Senior Manager of Corporate Development, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing the Business Conversion Program, conducting valuation analyses, and integrating large companies into SEI. Additional experience includes management positions focused on acquisitions and franchise sales. Betts began a career in finance as a Private Client Group Financial Advisor Intern at Merrill Lynch and holds a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in MIS from The University of Texas at Austin.
