Jake Bratcher is an accomplished culinary leader with extensive experience in kitchen operations, culinary research and development, and cross-functional leadership within the restaurant industry. Previously serving as General Manager at Freebirds World Burrito from 2016 to 2018, Jake significantly increased sales and traffic volume while effectively managing labor costs. As Executive Chef at Southfork Texas Steak and Crab from 2013 to 2016 and currently as Corporate Executive Chef, Global at TGI Fridays, Jake has honed skills in strategic planning and menu development. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager, Business Development - Restaurants at 7-Eleven. Jake is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where they earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training in 2011.
