James Phillips has extensive experience in leadership and analysis, currently serving as a Team Lead Manager at FedEx since November 2020. Prior to this role, James worked as an Agent for USHEALTH Advisors from August 2019 to November 2020, demonstrating expertise in the health insurance sector. James also held the position of Sr. Procedures Analyst at 7-Eleven from June 2014 to August 2019, contributing valuable analytical skills to operational processes.
