Lawrence Stratton is a seasoned project manager in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the retail sector, currently employed at 7-Eleven since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lawrence spent two decades at Speedway, where significant contributions included work in recruiting support and leading specialized assignments, particularly in talent acquisition for various store locations across Ohio. Lawrence held positions such as Advanced Recruiter and Centralized Recruiter, overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding, and labor forecasting for numerous stores. Early career experiences included managerial roles and an internship within the HR department at Speedway Corporate Headquarters.
