Mark Beeson

Mark Beeson is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in driving operational excellence and sales growth across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Area Leader at 7-Eleven since December 2019, Mark successfully partners with franchisees in the Greater Denver Area, achieving top regional KPIs by leveraging profit drivers. Prior to this role, Mark was a General Manager at Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom, where a partnership with the Director of Operations rescued the company from significant financial loss. Previous experiences include leading sales initiatives at JCPenney, managing multiple store teams as a Fine Jewelry Field Manager, and overseeing store operations as a Store Manager at Ross Stores, Inc. and an Assistant Store Manager at JCPenney. Mark initiated talent development programs in human resources and has a foundational background in retail from Target. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
