Roger Shadowen

Roger Shadowen has extensive experience in construction and project management within the retail sector, particularly with 7-Eleven Corporation and Lend Lease. Serving as a Construction Manager at 7-Eleven Corporation from 2006 to 2011, Roger managed real estate projects in San Diego and Riverside Counties, overseeing site estimates, lease negotiations, and construction through to project openings. As a Project Manager at Lend Lease from 2011 to 2013, Roger supervised various phases of site approval, construction documentation, and project closeout. Since May 2017, Roger has held the position of Construction Project Manager at 7-Eleven, coordinating all phases of retail construction projects, including negotiations and compliance with real estate representatives. Previous roles as Facilities Manager and Development Project Manager included oversight of multiple stores and managing fiscal responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Orange Coast College and further studies in Business Administration at San Diego City College.
