Steve Weith

Steve Weith is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Director of Demand Planning and Replenishment at 7-Eleven since February 2011. In this role, Steve leads forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment for self-distribution and oversees activities at 30 wholesale distribution centers, managing a replenishment team responsible for an annual volume of $100 million in goods for over 1,000 stores. Prior to this position, Steve held various roles including Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, where responsibilities included overseeing an $8 billion supply chain servicing more than 9,000 stores, and Program Director, leading a supply chain redesign initiative. Steve's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Project Management at Brinker International and as a Manufacturing and Industrial Engineer at Texas Instruments. Steve holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University.
