Terry Lemmon

Terry Lemmon has over 25 years of experience in various leadership and management roles, beginning with a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from May 1987 to December 2012, focused on recruiting services. Following military service, Terry worked at Speedway LLC from May 2016 to July 2017, taking on positions including District Manager, Payroll Supervisor, and Training Coordinator. More recently, Terry has been employed at 7-Eleven from October 2022 to May 2025, serving as Payroll Supervisor, Learning Specialist-Facilitator, and Payroll Manager. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University.
