Vikas Arora has a diverse background in retail management, having held positions such as Department Supervisor at The Home Depot Canada, Area Leader at 7-Eleven, and Store Manager at Petro-Canada. In the role of Area Leader, Vikas managed sixteen stores and over two hundred direct reports, successfully overseeing significant sales budgets in merchandise, fuel, and car wash services while consistently surpassing sales and earnings targets. Vikas holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Saurashtra University, Gujarat, India, and a Chemical Laboratory Technician diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
