Timothy Edick

Timothy Edick has a strong background in operations and leadership roles. In their current position as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at 7 KINGS CODE, a US-based IT staffing and software solutions company, they support partners and clients worldwide. Prior to this, Timothy worked as the Regional Director of Operations at The Judge Group, where they provided consulting, learning, staffing, and search services. Timothy has also held the role of Director of Operations at LaborWorks, Inc., where they reorganized the company's recruiting and operations, focusing on leadership and market campaigns. Timothy's previous experience includes being a Senior Vice President at RadioShack, where they exceeded sales expectations and was responsible for a division of 90 retail stores. Timothy also played a key role in launching a home warranty service program in the Midwest.

Timothy Edick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Muhlenberg College. Timothy attended the college from 1983 to 1988. In addition to their studies, Timothy has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they became a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Analyst through PI Worldwide. In 2016, Timothy obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from CRE8 On-line Six Sigma Lean Education. In 2019, they gained expertise in Microsoft Power BI through training from Power BI Trainer and became a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) through the American Staffing Association. Most recently, in 2023, Timothy obtained an Advanced HR Certification in employment law, coaching, and training from HR Trainer.
