Jose Li

Jose Li's work experience includes founding and serving as the CEO of 71lbs, a company that helps customers save on shipping costs. Jose also worked as an Advisor and Investor for various companies, including their own. Jose served on the Board of Advisors for CarePredict Inc. and Razient, two companies focused on logistics and risk management. Jose was a Portfolio company for Techstars Chicago. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Jose held positions such as Principal at FedEx, where they led the Retail & eCommerce practice, and Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics at Jamba Juice. Jose also worked as the Director of Business Development at Alibaba.com and as a Business Unit Sales Manager at Nabisco. Jose began their career as an International Equities professional at Goldman Sachs.

Jose Li completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, from the years 1989 to 1994. Jose then pursued an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, specializing in Strategy, Supply Chain, and Marketing, from 1998 to 2000.
