720 Elite Performance is building a grassroots-to-elite pathway for endurance athletes, rooted in Kenya’s running culture and shaped by the legacy of former 3000m world record holder Daniel Komen.

We identify promising talent, support athlete development through the 720 Running Team, track progression through Rift Talent OS, and use those insights to develop Rift Intelligence.

Daniel’s experience at the highest level of the sport helps inform our approach to talent, training, discipline and long-term athlete development.

Our focus is simple: find the talent, develop the athlete and build the intelligence.

We are currently preparing our first pilot programme in Kenya.
