Basil Roy is a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in leading product teams across various financial technology companies. Currently, Basil is building infrastructure for Private Capital at 73 Strings since October 2023. Prior to this role, Basil led the product team at Razorpay Capital and was instrumental in establishing a lending product team at Setu, where innovative digital distribution channels for credit products were created. With a strong foundation in partnerships and growth strategies from time at ZestMoney, along with leadership in product strategy at Artoo, Basil also co-founded two startups focused on the fitness and e-commerce segments. Basil began a career at Infosys as a Senior Systems Engineer after obtaining a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering.
