Ned Lilly is an experienced business leader with a robust background in technology-related mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship, and software development. Currently serving as a Board Member at 757 Collab since May 2025, Ned contributes to a prominent regional organization fostering startup growth in Coastal Virginia. As Vice President and Dealmaker at Corum Group Ltd. since February 2024, Ned assists software CEOs in navigating competitive M&A processes. Previously, as CEO of CAI xTuple from October 2001 to July 2022, Ned co-founded a successful ERP software company, which was sold to CAI Software, where Ned continues as a Shareholder until August 2025.
