Software Systems Architect at 75F

Bill Johnson started their career as a Senior Consultant at Alliance of Computer Professionals in 1996. Bill later became the Director and Owner of the company, gaining experience in diverse partner relationships. In 2000, they founded Digital Loon Incorporated and served as the Owner and Director until 2009.

In 2009, Bill worked as a Web Architect for MorningCoach.com, where they redesigned the website and integrated Authorize.net. Bill also implemented Coachcast RSS feeds.

From 2009 to 2010, Bill worked at Young America, first as a .Net Web/Application Consultant, where they designed and built web applications using ASP.Net and C#. Later, they became the Solutions Architect and Web Team lead, responsible for leading a team of web developers and coordinating work efforts.

At Rimage, Bill served as a Principal Software Engineer from 2010 to 2011. Bill was a key member of the team responsible for designing and implementing Rimage's flagship product, "Signal Online Publishing." Bill'sresponsibilities included designing the back end data model and participating in web service designs.

From 2011 to 2013, Bill worked as a Senior Mobile and REST Service Developer at Telvent DTN, where they developed iOS and Android mobile applications and java web and REST services. Bill utilized technologies such as Spring MVC 3, wink, flexjson, jackson, hibernate, and SQL Server.

At Dell EMC, Bill worked as a Software Developer Principal Engineer from 2013 to 2019. Bill served as the Architect and Development lead for the Web API REST service layer supporting upgrade technology for Storage Center and other tools. Bill'scurrent project is estimated to result in significant resource hour savings.

In 2019, Bill joined Cray Inc. - An HP Enterprise company as a Systems/Software Engineer VI. Bill maintained their role as the storage orchestration software Team Lead for the El Capitan project after Cray was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Currently, Bill is at 75F, where they hold the roles of Software Systems Architect and Lead Software Engineer.

Bill Johnson attended Lakeville Senior High from 1980 to 1984 where they obtained their Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Bemidji State University from 1984 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
