770 Consulting is a small, hands-on practice that works with mission-based organizations and boards during moments of growth, transition, and recalibration. We meet organizations where they are, prioritizing highly-custom, sustainable strategy with clear implementation paths, because what good is another list of big ideas that you’ll never have the time or resources to implement?

We provide short-term advisory support during periods of organizational change and leadership transition. We also work with organizations before things go sideways, when you can feel friction starting but can’t quite name it yet.

The TL;DR: we help with the work you’d rather not be doing, the stuff that pulls you away from your mission.
