Enis Hulli

Enis Hulli serves as a General Partner at 500 Emerging Europe since January 2016, overseeing a diverse Fund I portfolio that includes notable companies such as Carbon Health and Insider, while launching a €70M Fund II in 2021 focused on pre-seed and seed investments in various startups. As a Seed Investor, Enis Hulli has supported companies like BillionToOne, Firefly, and Plum, and has co-founded 7apps while also serving as a Founding Angel Investor for Paket Mutfak. In addition, Enis Hulli hosts the cc: Podcast, which discusses growth journeys from emerging ecosystems to global markets. Academically, Enis Hulli holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McGill University, an Executive Education certificate in Venture Capital from Stanford University, and a Master's degree in Project Management from Istanbul Technical University.
