Jeremy D. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jeremy began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007. Jeremy then worked as a Software Development Engineer at Danger, developing software from May 2007 to April 2008. Jeremy then joined Microsoft in April 2008 as a Software Development Engineer for the Premium Mobile Experiences division, where they worked on building KIN cloud services until September 2010.
Following their stint at Microsoft, Jeremy worked as a Software Development Engineer at Deloitte's global benchmarking organization (GBO) from November 2010 to November 2011. Jeremy designed and built a suite of reporting software on top of a complex business benchmarking stack during their time there.
In 2012, Jeremy joined Slalom Consulting, where they held multiple roles. As a Consultant, they designed and developed customized and scalable enterprise software for clients, working with technologies ranging from the MSFT stack to open source containers. Jeremy then became a Solution Architect, leading development teams and managing client relationships. Finally, they served as a Solution Principal, overseeing the delivery quality of multiple client solutions and guiding the technical direction of the solutions.
In 2015, Jeremy joined AIM Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant, specializing in custom development. Jeremy helped staff and build a local office of consulting professionals, focusing on application development, mobile development, and data warehousing. Jeremy also took an active role in the sales cycle and served as a subject matter expert.
In 2016, Jeremy worked as a Practice Director at ImagineX Consulting, where they held responsibility for managing the practice and its operations.
From April 2017 to February 2018, Jeremy served as a Full Stack Flex Instructor at DigitalCrafts, sharing their knowledge and expertise with aspiring software developers.
Jeremy's most recent role is as Founder and CEO of 7Factor Software, a software engineering as a service company, which they started in February 2017. The company has experienced consistent growth and focuses on engineering-focused problem-solving and building solutions that are built correctly and built to last.
Jeremy D. completed their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology. From 2002 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. After that, they continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Masters degree in Computer Science from 2008 to 2013.
