At 7Gen Legacy Group, we partner with executive directors, founders, and entrepreneurs who are building impact that sustains, for their teams and the generations that follow.

Our Work:
We help leaders align their personal legacy with their organization's lasting impact and their role today. When these three come together, leadership becomes clear, sustainable, and true to what matters most.

Our Approach:
We use the ACES Framework (Alignment, Conditions, Efficacy, Structures) to help leaders think generationally-moving from firefighting to building capacity that sustains.

How We Help:
The Legacy Switch™ - Signature course for building leadership capacity for individuals and teams
Executive Coaching - 1:1 support for leaders navigating transition and growth
Living Your Legacy - Cohort experience for Black and Brown women leaders
