Duane Moyer

Duane Moyer has over 25 years of work experience in the education and business sectors. Duane began their career in 1992 as the N. CA Executive Director for the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). In this role, they launched and grew the N. CA division of NFTE and established entrepreneurship programs in various Bay Area communities. In 1999, Moyer moved on to become the Regional Director for Halftime of Silicon Valley. In 2002, they were the Director of Operations for Living on the Edge. Duane then served as VP of Development for WorkLife Inc. from 2004 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Moyer was the Marketing Director for Excent Corporation. Finally, since 2010, they have been the Director of 7 Mindsets Academy, a research-based social and emotional learning approach to improve academic performance, increase educator engagement, and transform school culture.

Duane Moyer obtained an MBA from Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration in 1990, majoring in Entrepreneurship & Marketing. Duane also obtained a BS from Taylor University between 1983 and 1986, majoring in Mgmt and Business Info Systems.
