Regan M. has a diverse work experience, starting as a Marketing Intern at Sheridan College in 2016 and continuing with the role of Nonprofit Intern at the Center for a Vital Community. In 2019, they joined American Paintbrush Signs and Graphics as a Graphic Design Assistant, where they collaborated with team members and customers to create promotional materials and increase brand awareness. In 2020, Regan took on the role of Marketing Assistant at Achieve3000, where they collaborated with the marketing team to develop campaigns and manage projects. In 2022, they became a Marketing Coordinator at National Geographic Learning, where they supported the Career and Technical Education portfolio and handled various responsibilities such as creating sales enablement resources and organizing conferences. Currently, Regan is working as a Marketing Specialist at 7 Mindsets, starting in 2023.

Regan M. earned an Associate's degree in Business from Sheridan College between 2016 and 2018. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the University of Wyoming College of Business from 2018 to 2020.
