Sarah C. began their career in 2015 as a Dual Sales & Events Coordinator at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. In 2016, they joined Frontline Education as a Solution Sales Representative and Business Development Representative. In 2018, they moved to Otus as a Manager of Business Development & Sales Operations and Business Development Representative. In 2022, Sarah began working as the Director of Sales Development and Operations at 7 Mindsets. In this role, they created efficient and actionable reports, dashboards, and workflows inside of Salesforce for the Chief of Sales and Regional Sales Managers. Additionally, they managed and motivated a high-performing Business Development team that exceeded goals by generating new business opportunities through various outreach methods. At Frontline Education, Sarah was responsible for generating new business opportunities to fuel Frontline’s growth by fielding inbound new business prospect calls, email inquiries and web leads driven from marketing initiatives.
