In 2019, Lehman returned to their first love - stage combat - when they became the fight director for the Ithaca Shakespeare Company. Jacob choreographed fights, murders, and suicides for Julius Caesar, Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Antony & Cleopatra. Jacob's work was praised by reviewers for its realism and intensity.
In 2020, Lehman took on the role of CFO at 7N. In this role, they are responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company. Jacob is also responsible for overseeing the accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the company.
