Vikas Palan

Vikas Palan is an experienced professional with a robust background in consultancy and management. Currently serving as the Executive Consultancy Manager at 7N since May 2008, Vikas has demonstrated significant leadership capabilities. Prior to this role, Vikas held the position of Senior Manager at 7N India from May 2008 to February 2022. Vikas also contributed to Wipro BPO as a Trainer from February 2004 to July 2006, and served as a Consulting Associate at Caps Vision India Consultants from October 2002 to June 2003. Earlier in Vikas's career, Vikas worked as a Staff Consultant at Planman Consulting from January 2001 to October 2002. Vikas holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on HR and Marketing from IIPM, completed between 1998 and 2001, and received foundational education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1996 to 1998.
