Emma Bertholon currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at 7Speaking, having joined in September 2023. Prior to this role, Emma was with OpenClassrooms from October 2019 to September 2023, where Emma managed a team of five Customer Success Managers and was responsible for overseeing strategic B2B client portfolios. Emma's experience also includes roles in sales and customer relationship management at EF Education First, Hotel Arts Barcelona, and various positions in marketing and product management. Emma holds an MBA in Tourism Management and a Master’s Degree in Law, Economics & Management from Excelia and Université d'Angers, respectively, along with a background in international business from exchanges in Portugal and the Czech Republic.
