Rasvir M. began their career in 1997 as the Director of Strategic Planning at Raytheon Aircraft Company. In 2001, they moved on to become the President & CEO of 7strategy.

Rasvir M. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Kansas in 1993, followed by a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the same university in 1995.
